Our Apology

Hey Everyone. I'm Marco Diaz the owner of Cyber Electric. I’m addressing the video from San Francisco where I made Nazi salutes from my company’s Cybertruck. I am deeply sorry and I take full responsibility.

We didn’t go to San Francisco to target anyone or cause trouble. We were there to watch a Giants game, and this happened on the way out. I was intoxicated and reacted foolishly to people yelling at us, but that’s not an excuse. The Nazi salute is a symbol of hate, and I regret using it in any way. I do not support Nazism or any form of hatred.

The video includes a homophobic slur that I did not say. I believe it came from the people recording us. I am devastated that this was linked to me, as I reject all forms of discrimination, and I stand for respect.

My actions caused pain, especially to Jewish and LGBTQ communities as well as my customers, employees, and my hometown of Modesto. I’m truly sorry for letting you down. To make this right, I am educating myself, supporting anti-hate groups, and ensuring my company promotes inclusion.

I’m committed to learning and rebuilding trust. I welcome your feedback and hope my actions show my sincerity. Thank you for listening, and I am deeply sorry.
