Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of cyberelectric.net and to requests for information or electrical services submitted through the website. The website is operated by Cyber Electric LLC (“Cyber Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California contractor holding license #1075088.
Website requests are not contracts
Submitting a form or contacting Cyber Electric does not by itself create a contract, guarantee availability, or guarantee that a project will be accepted. A project becomes subject to agreed terms only when the parties accept an applicable estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other written agreement.
Estimates and project agreements
Scope, pricing, materials, scheduling, permits, exclusions, and other project details are determined by the estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other written project documentation provided for that job. Website content is general information and may not describe every project requirement.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits, progress payments, and final balances are specified in the individual estimate, proposal, or service agreement provided for each project. Payment is due according to the terms stated in that agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Customers should contact Cyber Electric as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule a service request. Any cancellation rights required by California law or contained in a signed home-improvement contract remain applicable.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties, manufacturer warranties, and product warranties may vary by project and will be identified in the applicable estimate, contract, or warranty documentation. Cyber Electric does not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Service area and availability
Cyber Electric primarily serves Modesto and surrounding Central Valley communities, including Ceres, Turlock, Salida, Riverbank, Oakdale, Manteca, Ripon, and Patterson. Availability outside the primary service area may depend on project scope, scheduling, and location.
Financing providers
The website may advertise financing through Acorn Finance and Wisetack. Those companies are independent third parties. Financing applications, approvals, rates, payment schedules, and lending terms are handled by the applicable provider and are not controlled by Cyber Electric.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Website content
We work to keep website information useful and current, but content may contain errors, omissions, or information that changes over time. Cyber Electric may update, suspend, or remove website content without notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any project-specific agreement may contain additional dispute, venue, or notice provisions.
