This was a full commercial lighting upgrade for a glass shop and warehouse in Stockton — the kind of building that runs forklifts, stores large glass sheets on vertical racks, and needs consistent, reliable light across a wide floor plate with high ceilings.
The existing lighting was inadequate for the space. New LED high-bay fixtures were installed across the full ceiling of the warehouse, including the main storage and staging areas. The open wood-beam ceiling required a Genie boom lift to reach mounting height safely — a ladder isn't an option when you're working 20-plus feet up over active inventory.
The fixture layout was planned to give even coverage across the floor without dark zones near the racks or in the back sections of the building. High-bay LEDs in a space like this make a visible difference for workers handling glass, reading shipping labels, and operating equipment — good light in a warehouse isn't a luxury, it's a safety requirement.
Commercial lighting jobs at this scale require understanding the electrical load, the existing circuit capacity, and how to distribute fixtures efficiently. If the panels can't support the new load, a panel upgrade or subpanel addition is part of the scope. This job was completed as a standalone lighting upgrade.
