This was a full remodel electrical finish — the kind of job that comes at the end of a renovation when everything else is done and the electrical needs to be brought up to match the quality of the rest of the work.
In the main living area, the scope included recessed lighting throughout the open-plan kitchen and living room, pendant lights over the island, and a ceiling fan in the living room. All receptacles and switches in the house were replaced. The pendant lights are wired on separate circuits from the recessed lights so the client has full independent control over each zone.

Both bathrooms received backlit LED mirrors — the kind that require a dedicated outlet and switched circuit behind the mirror, not just a plug-in connection. The master bath has rectangular mirrors with chrome vanity bars above each sink. The secondary bath has matching oval backlit mirrors with a linear vanity bar mounted between them. Both bathrooms also received new recessed lighting and outlet placement for smart toilet seats and countertop appliances.
A dedicated 240V circuit was added for a spa bathtub — hot tub and jetted tub installations require their own circuit with a GFCI disconnect in a specific location relative to the tub. That can't be tapped off an existing circuit; it has to be a clean homerun from the panel.

Remodel electrical is detail work. Every outlet, switch, and fixture location matters to the finished look of the space. On a job like this, our electrician was on site coordinating with the rest of the trades to make sure nothing got covered up before it was inspected and signed off.
